Woody’s Automotive Group is a family business evolving over three generations, it all began in 1947 in a small town in Manly Iowa selling the brand of Kaiser Frazier! Wow!
It all started with Woodrow Wilson Kline in 1947!
Woody’s eventually moved to the Chillicothe area, and with his progressive thinking invested in several businesses including radio, television, and camera shop!
After retirement, Woody worked with his son Woodrow (Fritz) who was certainly an entrepreneur himself. He pioneered various businesses in addition to automobiles including Chillicothe mobile Homes, Chillicothe Suzuki, Chillicothe Sports Center and Camper Sales, and Kline’s Speedway. In 1989, Fritz and his son Brent took on the brands of Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler.
After 3 generations of business, in 1991 ground broke on the NEW Woody’s Automotive Group.
The business is now in the hands of Brent Kline, the current owner!
Three generations later, the New Woody’s Automotive Group is still treating people right, fulfilling the legacy of being progressive; changing to meet our customer’s needs and playing a positive role in our community.
According to our staff, “We are more like a family than co-workers, which gives us the unique ability to truly take care of our customers as we would our sister or brother.” Brent empowers us to do right for all our customers and to “Wow” them.
